                                  Let the games begin . . .

Water temps hit 53 today at Carter's.  Friends have been fishing up there and seeing a few caddis, but doing better with big March Brown patterns.  There have been plenty of little blue wings on the water, but the fish are definitely keeping an eye out for the larger March Browns. Today was good visibility in town -  a good 3 feet at the KPRK bridge.  We did get a good amount of rain tonight however, and the Stone's CFS is creeping up on us a little bit.  I don't expect any major plugs just yet.  Tomorrow the river should have plenty of clarity from Emigrant to 89.  It looks like we have a little more rainy weather to endure, but the caddis should be getting thick by Wednesday or Thursday.
